All Your Choice™ materials, including playbooks, guides, training materials, written content, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, worksheets, templates, downloads, and branding, are protected intellectual property belonging to Guided by Light Holdings LLC or used with authorization. Purchase gives you a limited right to use the materials for their intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership.

Prohibited Use

Unless specifically authorized in writing, you may not resell or redistribute the materials, upload them to file-sharing services, publish them online, reproduce substantial portions for commercial distribution, remove copyright or trademark notices, claim the materials as your own, or create competing products substantially based upon the protected materials.

Individual Purchases

Unless otherwise stated, purchases are licensed for use by the individual purchaser. Company-wide, multi-location, team, training, or commercial licensing may require separate authorization or licensing.

Website Availability

We may modify, update, replace, or discontinue portions of the website or products when reasonably necessary. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by hosting providers, payment processors, internet outages, maintenance, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability
